as per your concerns charge sheet is issued for major act of misconduct and show cause notice is for minor act of misconduct. in first show cause notice if employee gives satisfactory answer than his/her case will be stop other wise second show cause notice will be issued for answer of employer and type of punishment.but employee already wrote explanation it means he/she will admit his/her misconduct .and will admit punishment or go to court or we can say that second show cause notice issued for a punishment given by company with written reason.
dismissal of employee may be possible in both (charge sheet and show cause letter).
1-after dismissal of employee his/her record be written in police station or not?.
2-can employee be sent in jail?
3-what is the difference between charge sheet issued by police to accuse person he/she involve illegal/criminal activity in society/village/city and by company to employee
