I need to update my pre-interview test (written entry test) for the position of call center representatives, I was wondering if you could help in coming up with job related questions. I currently take English language proficiency test but since education level is not that high I need to have job related questions.

Hope all is well, Caller Ringing Back Tone, service allows subscribers to set a personalized ring back tone service to play for your callers your chosen song, tune or melody instead of regular tone, is one of my projects through Call Center. I need to increase sales to 1500 USD/day, currently I make around 800USD/day, please share any ideas which could help me increase revenue.

Hi,
What you are targeting is double of your existing revenue....so say if 800 usd / day is coming from 100 customer you need 100 more...this is pure sales and marketing strategy...you can ask your existing customer to refer 2 customer and on successful business from them you offer discount or gift or small refering fees to your existing customer....so out of 100 even 50 customer gets you 2 clients thats 100 new clients then even you could close deal with 70 your job is done also new 70 customer you can offer same referral offer...but make sure your referral scheme is of customer interest and you do proper market research and costing before going for referral scheme...Anybody would like to add or correct me, your comments are welcome...Yeah your next suggestion will be chargeable as I get mails from people seeking advice for free which i cant afford for long run... :)..hv a good time...!!
