After replying SCN .... how many days takes to evaluate the written response in normal organization....what are the parameter they will consider for evaluating process ....

I really apologize for my words, but my intention was not to hurt
anybody by anyway.
After continuing the hard work from XXXX years there was an appreciation
from management but
I totally disagree about the comments on my performance, as a team
member I have contributed to team more than the assigned task, my
performance was always been up to the expectation and I have completed
the assigned task without any delays and there were no customer
escalations.
Looking forward for your cooperation on this.
please give me your verdict ... whether Employee better to resign from Organization or late us face ....?

Normally it shouldn\'t take more than a week for the reply.
The parameters, fundamentally, performance of your roles dutifully, while keeping to ethics and staying within the organizational norms.
If, at the end of the day, you strongly feel you are being unfairly treated, and neither you are being given to plead your case, the best, under such circumstances, is to quit.
If, you strongly feel, you have been unfairly and inequitably dealt with, and you\'ve held your moral/ethical/professional values on high, then these would count heavily in your favor at the interview for your next job.

the day came .... Organization as terminated employee as per company norms ...and
given 3 months money for Notice period ....and ... there is not reliving letter..and given option for formal request for official resignation through post..
now i want to now .... how to file case against the organization and Which case it comes under whom to contact .. and which city we have file ...if we filed in different city what will be impact ...can u guide ....

Seek for the reasons of termination; we hope that termination is not done for all employees, and specific /targeted person with or without intention.
One thing we need to keep in mind that employee as well as employer has option for separation as mentioned in the appointment letter.
• Option 1: Employee can resign and separate with Notice or Notice Pay
• Option 2: Employer can terminate with Notice or Notice pay (With or without reason)
Since job market is booming, employees are exercising option1 to quit job and join other organization for better prospects, similarly organization can excess option 2 if they are not finding right person at right place.
There is no point in filing case, if organization has followed proper process of termination and giving all legal dues. Still if you want to go ahead with filing case, you can refer to appointment letter, where jurisdiction city is mentioned, you need to file case in same city.
Above is our opinion based on the decades of experience, however, everyone will have their own different opinion and may differ with our opinion, you can listen to all and take appropriate steps and move ahead in career.
