I have done my MBA in HR and marketing but My major was HR. What subject I should choose I am confused. What is the difference in the selection of the code 17 & 55? Would that affect my future somehow? Can anyone suggest?

I am UGC NET - HR/Labour Welfare/Code 55 aspirant, I would like to share with my experience on my preparation journey and Material Hunt. As all we know very well about UGC syllabus, that they give at very high level and it's like ocean once we dives in, and we miss on where to start & stop on each topic.
