Hi All
i am facing problem in defining the incentive structure (financial & non-financial) for my organization. Our company deals in medicine raw material manufacturing and the health care side as well e.g. mineral water, bio gas, pharmacies etc.
i would appreciate if you guys could help me out that what type of incentive can be considered which could be helpful in employee motivation and on the other side cost effective as well.

Further, I would like some one to kindly indicate/guide me on the break - up of components for a CTC of Rs. 15.00 lakhs/annum. The components suggested should be income tax exempted as far as possible or to the maximum extent possible, so that the employee concerned would stand to benefit.
