Looks like a great place for discussions on HR procedures. Have been waiting to meet high intelletuals in this field. I have been trying make my presence felt in HR for the past 4 yrs and am working currently as a recruiter in the IT industry, with special interest in training and HR policy formulation.
Hoping this would be a fruitful interactive experience for all of us.

I am Digna. I too have joined the group recently. I am working in HR in an IT industry, more involved in recruitment. Since u have experience in training and HR policy formulation, could you share what are the points that should be included in HR policy and how to go about it. I need to give a presentation on that.
