Dear Rutu,
What we are attempting to do in this Seminar is expand our understanding of the term "Communication". I am sure you agree with me when I say that Communication is one of most important things for an HR professional to learn. However, normally when we speak about communication it usually is one-to-one or a Corporate talking to internal or external customers. (And we all are already experts on that). In today's fast paced Global village the paradigm of Communication is changing rapidly.
In the Seminar we are attempting to take a broader perspective on Communication and will be discussing topics as myriad as "Communicating India to the world" to "Enhancing Personal Effectiveness by learning to communicate with the self" to "Communication to Gen Y" and again we have a great set of speakers lined up for the day. These are again very important thoughts for HR Folks and for others to understand and internalise.
Hope this clarifies your query to a certain extent.
Do make it there, I promise you will enjoy and learn and will feel your day well spent.
Cheers,
Vipul Agarwal
