I am working with IT Service Industry as an HR. Our Company major dealing with Digital marketing services with Mobile application development and in Graphics designing. One of our Developer whose salary is 16 lac 80k Per annum, 1 lac 40k pm. Now 28000 Rs /- we deducted PM for tax but he is not ready to deduct the salary so much i asked him to submit Tax saving or any investment paper to save tax but rigid to move from permanent employee to Contractual basis. Now here i need a strong format of Contractual paper with all the relevant points. So that before he leave the project think thousand time and client and project should not suffer. Need your support .
