Hi Team, My boss asked me to make a Training Module for our company. I am not able to understand how should I do that as I am not a technical person. We use language like Anguler, Dot.Net, PHP, C++, C#, Java etc. If any of you have any training programs or modules can you share them with me please?

If you are not a technical person and do not know about these programs, then how are you going to do the training? It will be a total waste of time and energy.
What is your plan? Do you intend to take someone else's training which you will not understand, and then just stand there and read the words on the powerpoint? THAT is not training. The staff will need hands on technical training.
You need to contract this task out to a professional to do the training needs analysis and then write and deliver the required training for the employees.

Very easy. Sit with your HODs or technical heads. Take inputs from them like the kind of training topics which you have mentioned. Identify who needs what kind of training. There are a lot of IT training companies in metro cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, chennai etc. Catch hold of two or three companies, get quotation, and other terms and conditions.
