Hi, Ours is a medical transcription company where employees get paid on fixed salary basis and line count basis. I don't have any idea about how to prepare payslips for line count basis payments. Can anyone please share sample payslips for line count basis payments?

When checked the internet, I found one of the formats of salary slips. You may click here to refer to it.
In this format, in the payable section which is there on the left side, you may add one more earning head as "line count wages for the month". However, this will provided the line count charges are fixed and do not vary. If these charges vary, then you may add the charge per line and then final calculations.
