Dear Colleague,

Recruitment is the staffing process which in general directly taken care by the Organizations on their own. There will be a TA Manager who will be in house in the company and with his team he will do all process from Resume collection- JD- Shortlist- Personal Discussion- Selection Process-On-Boarding- BVG all in house in the company by the company.

In case of RPO which is called Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Few or many or Total Recruitment process/ activities are outsourced to a qualified, competent external agency by entering into agreement with them who will do all Professional service to fulfil the Recruitment for the company on behalf of the company.

It is sad to hear that you are suffering from this situation. Well, in the online system many companies have to suffer from the label of fake. But according to logoglory.com, your gnb profile shows the validity of your firm, also submit your website on GSC, which verifies your company's validity.

Recruitment is a procedure. It starts from creation of a vacancy. It ends at a person joining. It involves advertisement, shortlisting, interview, written test, verification, negotiation, offer, and person accepting it and joining. The process is same anywhere. RPO means instead of doing it yourself, you outsource it to some agency, who follows the same procedure.
