I find the attrition rate figures in some postings ,but all those are very old ones. Could anyone please let me know what is the current attrition rate ( the figure for 2009-2010) in india, asia as well as the IT&ITES industry. I will be greatful to you as this is going to help me in preparing my final project on "Attrition Management"

Read the detailed annual reports of 10 companies in your sector. They usually have pointers in their reports. Take 4 large scale, 4 medium scale and 2 small scale ones. That should give you a good feel.
