Selection, Training and Retention in retail are very relevant these days.
You may select a project relating to these. You may like to conduct study on what attributes are responsible for attrition in retail sector and which are the ones which help retain. This can provide insights for developing strategies/ process of selection and training. The survey to get the data will certainly be a challenging aspect of such a project.
