I need your help, in my current organization they are saying to report daily in the office. Currently am taking care recruitment and employee relation both in a domestic BPO.
I have a baby and old person at home, and cannot take a chance to report office daily in this pandemic and I got this job after 3.5 years of gap of maternity.
I really want to pursue my career. If I will not report, they will not consider my employment.
