My company is registered as Private Limited under the Companies Act,1956, kindly inform me regarding the mandate leaves and holidays to be maintained and if any gazettes or laws are there as supporting , kindly share.

Registration of an entity under the Companies Act is a statutory requirement to get itself acquire the legal status of a juristic person. The C.A does not prescribe anything on the registered entity's legal compliance with the employment/labor laws applicable to its employees.
Therefore, the poster should look into the establishment-specific labor law applicable depending on the nature of the establishments like Shop, Factory etc owned by the Co.
