Hi, My Pension amount form no 10C got rejected and the reason is saying it got settled on 16/9/2016, but I didn't apply for PF and my service is around 5 years and still, I got this reason. Please need some advice.

Please check your claim status on your UAN number, if found any settlement clarify that was done by you or not, if not by you just raise a grievance to epf office.

Check your service history first.
Check the details of all your with drawals.
Check if you have left the comapany and rejoined again but second time your re registeration is done or not.
Check your claim status.
With all the such details if you feel is not found on portal, pls personally visit epf office.

Since 5 years I am applying pf..i get 19 amount but 10 c rejected..i apply for reson..it settled but money not deposited in my account..then i applied many times but get the same answer your claim was settled.. finally i gone to pf office and approach the officer who rejected my claim and explain everything to him and showing that I didn't get money from my account then he said ok apply the form 10c again I will approve now so I applied it, then also I get rejected don't know what to do now..i applied 5 times up to now..
