If Employer wishes & his Financial Position is stable despite Lockdown, he may pass on the benefit to Employee.But, left to the discretion of Employer.It is not correct to think about CTC during Pandemic Situation.The purpose of reduction is to increase liquidity

Though Provident Fund office has yet to upload the clarification on its portal under Tab " COVID",
the Press Information Bureau has issued the notification. It also talks of CTC in relation to employer share of PF.
It is applicable for wage months May, June and July 2020.
