Hi,
Please find reply to your queries as below :
1. how a women employee can avail for maternity benefit without esi - All the due benefits will be borne by the employer.
2. my organization looking for some insurance policies instead of esi, is that possible - It is possible only in case your area is not falls under ESIC applicable areas or salary is over and above statutory limit of 21,000/- for employees. In that case you can go for Workmen Compensation policy.
3. my organization started its operation on april 18, and not yet registered under shop and establishment act, so what is the procedure to register and what are all the registers to be maintained - Please visit the necessary office or their website where you will get complete information about the same.
4. my organization has 6 emloyees as of now, i wanted to know what are all the registers be maintained as a HR - List of documents to be maintain is available online under various applicable websites such as EPFO, ESIC etc.
