I am working in Hotel industry (Mumbai) from last 4.2 years and my profile was basically into Recruitment & Generalists , T&D , Employee Engagement.
I have been given so many interviews in many Tops branded hotels & Resorts & Restaurants from last 2 months, but due to less knowledge about payroll and Statutory, i am not getting job easily.
Please advise me where should i learn all this payroll and statutory compliance knowledge or should join some company for internship of 3/6 months ?
