Dear Mr. Santhosh,
As per your post on CITE, it seems that, your establishment is exempted and received transfer in in bank and no annexure K received from RPFC.
To over come this, from the Bank details, you will get the transferee bank IFSC code and UTR no. from that code, find out for which region the RPFC is located.
From the utr no concern RPFC account dept will tell the group no / Est. no and PF no for which settlement is transfered.
Put Grievance in the name of concern RPFC for annexure K by mentioning the amount received, date of receipt, UTR no and IFSC of the Bank.
