I had requested for transfer to karnataka state last year as it is my native place from maharashtra which is my domicile state for last 35 years. Reason being quoted on the grounds that my parents are settled in karnataka and my family is not able to continue at Mumbai owing to family and kids health problems. I got transferred also to karnataka. But after settling here for last 1 year I am finding it difficult to adjust in present environment and work culture here as i am working in bank and would like to go back to mumbai. Can anybody from HR please guide with a transfer request letter format for going back to old centre. I shall be thankful to you.
