Dear All,
Need all your valuable suggestions on ESIC & EPF applicability for an NGO .We have about 200 employees, does not do any production or manual job but engaged in admin work in the office (some people will go out for office work). Presently, no ESIC for the employees but PF is there but only after their probation of 3 to 6 months. I have joined joined recently here as HR officer and wants to abide as per statutory laws.
