Dear HR Professionals, can you please help me with the draft for maternity policy implementation in my organisation. As per the latest update new revisions on increased maternity leave bill is so far only passed by rajya sabha and loksabha is yet to give its approval post which the president is also going to review and pass the final bill. However currently we have a female employee who is pregnant and wants to continue with the job even after the baby.Hence we are planning to implement the policy with respect to old rules of maternity act itself.
Would be helpful if anyone can provide me with the accurate terms the draft for policy.
