Hi,
I was working at MNC for almost an year. I was not satisfied with work I was doing. I didn't show off. Then I got termination letter on background of job abandonment by pay all the dues.
Now I am working at small company and it has been more than a year and I am satisfied with it.
Now I have an offer from one more MNC company but I have given experience letter from the earlier MNC company.
Is that going to be verified by the employer?if yes, what will be the impact? Or what will happen if this come into picture at my later stage of career?how to tackle this situation?

Abandonment of services is a clear-cut unilateral violation of the contract of employment by the employee. Notwithstanding the suitability and potentiality of such an employee, any prudent employer will not take it lightly when he has to take him into his services. So, it all depends how convincingly you justify the situation and the prospective employer's discretion.

Yes, I am ready to face the situation. But after joining that MNC, can they terminate me for such previous record?

If you are frank and bold enough, better inform the inevitable circumstances which prompted the decision of abandonment earlier while accepting the offer itself so that back ground verification, if any, the new employer undertakes can not bring in any negative impact. When the fact is disclosed by you voluntarily, they may not try to terminate your services on this score only if you are otherwise suitable to their organization.

Thanks for your response..!!
Again I have told them about my termination as I wanted the recruitment process to be transparent but I have shared termination on background of job abandonment. They asked me only my pan number and passport number but not previous employers experience letters. All they have asked for my current job description nothing about my earlier MNC details.
I hope this will be enough to convince them.

Correction in above comment I have told them that I was terminated but haven’t share termination on background of job abandonment.
