Dear Balaji,
It appears that you have not understood the purpose of this forum. Members of this forum raise HR related queries and other members give their reply.
Issue of show cause notice to some employee is internal matter of your company. What was the need to upload it on this public forum? By uploading show cause with egregious English, you have discredited your company, recipient of the notice and yourself!
Please show caution while uploading posts in future.

Thanks for bringing to my notice that poster could be recepient of the show cause notice. In that case the poster is Project Manager. Should Project Manager ask for help in such a discreditable manner?

Hello Ramesh, You only know as to why you were not attending duties and the reasons can be different from individual to individual and there cannot be model drafts to be given. However there are some general guidelines to a reply to the show cause notices. Having regard to the fact that the company is willing to take you back , It shall be polite, simple, precise to the point and not vague, convincing and may end on a cordial note.
