Hi All,
Ours Is A IT (US based Company ) With 50 People We Would Like To Redefine Our Leave Policy. Could Anybody Suggest The Leave Policies Followed In Corporate., Briefing About Various Types Of Leaves. . How Many Leaves Can Be Given To Employees During Probation Period, and in year end the leave will carry forward or we have to pay to the employees for the which they have not used.
Can you please give suggestion on this.

We have also supported few of our clients with Leave management system - an dynamic application called "myPayroll" that helps employee to apply leave online, track the approval process, regularize his attendance, etc. Views reports related to opening balance, accrual, usage, carry forward etc, company leave policy, list of holidays for the year, leave balance of the direct reportee etc...
Also HR can view the information on timings/leave balance of all or selected set of the employees, update the shifts of employees, super admin rights for approval of leaves etc...

Please refer your shops and establishment act of your state to know the No. of leaves to be provided, thereafter you can search for Leave Policy on the Tab of Search which is on the top of this page, you will get numerous policies you can amend as per your need.
