Dear All,
currently i am working in a IT sector company, having the bond period of 2 years.
there is a bond of 2 Lakhs to be paid if break the bond.
now i got another job offer and ready to pay the bond amount to company as i have 4 months remain in my bond period.
now i am facing problem from HR and Management that they will not give any Experience and Relieving letter and saying will not support you at the time of background verification even after paying of Bond amount and not ready to salary hike also.
they are threatening just like a bonded labor and not ready to relieve.
Please suggest me how to proceed as i need compulsory the relieving letter from this current organization.
regards
Anand.

Dear Anand.
As i have understood your doubts please remain calm for the four months period. Proceed after the four months for a resignation and say that you are willing to pay for the notice period. Once that is done you can get a reliving letter from the company. Do not fight with the company it can lead into future problems. Relax and win the race.
All the best
Regards.
