Presently working as a HR Executive playing roles in Recruitment, joining formalities & Exit formalities.But i couldn\'t identify the structure of salary part. According to our organization we splited into Basic 35% & HRA 60%. Please clarify my doubts. In this category how we are calculating gross.

Hi,
I hope, you are aware that CTC (cost to the company) is inclusive of PF / Gratuity / other contributions from employer side. If you want to find out the Gross salary, just deduct these components from the CTC.
Whatever the % of Basic / HRA and other components, just deduct only the Employer contributions from the CTC, you will get the Gross amount.

yes it is very clear. My question is we know the ctc part but how to calculate gross. PF and other components will be deducted from the ctc & we are getting gross am i correct? Ok fine then what is the procedure to calculate PF from the Basic . From the ctc we are not calculating Basic . If we know gross we will get it Basic & PF.Everything interrelated please check it and clarify my doubts.

See if we know the basic only we can calculate the PF and other components.Other components are PF and mediclaim etc
PF= Basic*12%
Basic= Gross*35%
Both are correlated .
wherever if i figure out also how to calculate gross?
