Under which Act , your company falls ? Either shops act or Factories Act ? Shpos act means 12+12+12 , and in Factories Act , it will be 10+20

There r 3 types of leave.
1. PL ( If emmployee doing work 240 day yearly so they r liable to live) Minimum 20 pl take. PL is carrifrd to next year
2. SL( If employee doing work at list 3 month so they r liable to SL) take one SL to 3 Month Completed SL is not Carriedfrd to next year
3 Cl ( If employee doing work at list 3 month so they r liable to ) take one to 3 Month Completed CL is not Carriedfrd to next year
