My query is as under
1. We are a company incorporated under the company act.
2. Our factory & head office situated in dehradun.
3. We have branch office/ sales office in gurgoan (Hariyana) where 4-5 employees are working.
4. Our factory & head office have all necesessary registration under factories Act & other labour laws.
5. I want to know do we need a seprate registration of our branch office in gurgoan, under the hariyana shops & estabhlishment act.

Dear Raj
Eventhough you have registered our company under companies act and you have got licence under factories act for your factory, you have to obtain registration under S&E Act of the concerned state, if the office premises located outside the factory premises.
