Good idea but the thing is that our office is closed on 26th have to arrange everthing on 25th and infact i m planning to announce a notice board competition like if some one who submit their slogans ,handmade pictures or anything but it should be original and the selected best one should be awarded...

in my company tomorrow we are planning to hosting the flag so that i am doing MC so this is the first opportunity which i have got from our management so i ill requesting you to please send me formal MC information which i have to fallow in formal way if you have any documents for doing MC Please send me as soon as possible i know how to do it but i want your guidance also because i am planning to do it in successful way.

It is great to listen from you that your office is planning to hoist the National Flag and celebrate the Republic Day in your office. I am enclosing the National Flag Code of India for your reference and guidance. Please make sure that the National Flag must be lowered at the time of Sunset and the Flag must be folded in a proper way. If you approach your area police station, they will guide you how to conduct the function and fold the National Flag.
