This leadership style will help every individual to come front and present his or her views. also to ensure that management is concerned and respects the views. Thus making each person to grow and become competitive.

hmmm... leader needs to understand what kind of topic he wants his team leaders to understand and accordingly have a general discussion with them, however should have some parameters to evaluate their thinking. i suppose, that will help a lot.

Sorry but democratic is not a leadership style. I think you meant "Participative". Democratic is where every one has an opinion and the decision is taken by voting... BAD model for any management...;-) . Participative is where everyone's opinion and views are heard and respected but the strategy and decisions are made by the management only!
Leaders share their power by sharing their vision and delegating. Every member needs to understand their role and how critical their role is. That is only possible by have everyone understand the vision and getting them involved in fulfilling that vision. Remember a true leader doesn't create more followers. He simply creates more leaders!!!

The management style is depending on the organization and environment that your working, in case if you’re working in a for profit organization bureaucratic management will be more acceptable and if you’re working for a nonprofit autocratic style will be more acceptable, however in my point of view if you manage yourself according to the situation its better and it will works
