Well, its a good concept of connecting pursuing and passed out students with employers. But, are these students EMPLOYABLE?. Are they trained in desired employable skills? Kindly look into these aspects before inviting employers to participate in job fair.
My company recruit's ENGINEERS & ITI DIPLOMA HOLDERS every year but still, we are not able to meet our requirements because SOFT SKILLS & WORKPLACE SKILLS are missing. Even though everyone is QUALIFIED but, not competent to take up and complete assignment IN-TIME.
Just consider my suggestions....
Incase, if you need our assistance, we can provide you GENUINE PLACEMENT ORIENTED TRAINING(on long term basis), unlike others who just train individuals without concentrating on those part which are extremely required while correlating with students CALIBER
