· Group Discussion
· Technical Discussion
· HR Discussion
Requirements at site:
· Faculty assistance will be there to conduct written test and other tests.
· Final results has to be announced of selected candidates on
the same day.

1. Company : XYZ Company
Job Profile : Trainee Software Engineer
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech (all branches), MCA and MBA with 60%
Package : between Rs..2, 40,000/- per annum
Job Location : Chennai, Vellore and Bangalore
Selection Procedure : Aptitude Test followed by Technical Interview and HR Interview.
Requirement : Based upon performance candidates to be shortlisted
Offer Letters will be issued immediately.
Responsibility of Vibrant Services:
1. Travel arrangement for HR executives of companies from Jaipur / Delhi to Pilani.
2. Local Hospitality (food & place)to all Company representatives & our team.
3. Stationery for conducting written exam and interviews
4. Volunteers for conducting written exam evaluation of papers and registration
5. Faculties for conducting written exam evaluation of papers and registration.
6. Individual rooms with required furniture to conduct Personal interviews
7. Class rooms for conducting written test, group discussions
