I have given a cancelled cheque and a/c no of ICICI Bank (to which my salary used to get credited) along with Form 19 and 10c . In the bank a/c, in my appointment letter as well as in the form 19 and 10c my correct name is mentioned as " Mr X, but while searching the status on : http://www.epfindia.com name mismatch was found, when i checked my salary slip, i found that the name mentioned on the salary slip is having some spelling mistake and first name is not there". When i searched with the name written on the salary slip i found the claim status on pf website.
What will be the implication of the same ? and how is it going to be credited in my account ?

You can take following step :-
Whenever you get back the rejected pf withdrawal form then submit the form again by doing following steps :-
1. Told your company to write letter on the subject of both are the same identical person.
2. Another one is same, told your company write a letter on the subject of name missmatch & correct his name.
