Another case of misrepresentation and false experience on this forum. I don't know when people will learn..
Anyway, what you can do is the following:
1. Build your resume with excluding company X, but mention company Y since you had genuinely worked with them.
2. Humbly request company Z to re-issue a certificate mentioning only Company Z's experience , since this will affect your career.
3. You can then show company Y and company Z's experience.
Don't ever resort to malpractices and fudging of experience ever. Large organisation senior managers have lost their jobs for forging experience. Its a black mark on anyone's career. I hope you and everyone else on this forum learns from this.

Fake experience has tarnished the reputation of Indians across the world. Our country unfortunately ranks very high for this infamous skill.
As suggested by Balaji, Indicate your experience at Z in your CV and be brave and strong to
submit the relieving letter for prospective opportunities. Companies do not generally indulge in tarnishing first time offenders. Since you are fresh in your career, talk to them to issue separate letters if they insist on highlighting the fake experience. But be sure to admit your mistake in case if you face it again and again later on. The mistake loses its significance if you realize and stick to ethical practices from now on.

What amazes me (other than the act you've committed of forging experience) is that this "z" company took 6 months to figure out your fake experience of X company...considering this is a part of pre hire initiatives it should have been checked before you joined or max 1 month after...this is more an area of concern. Companies should probably ensure better care in this area going forward. They put themselves in jeopardy in this manner..and given the large proportion of cases of this liking, it's worse..
Cheers..nice suggestion by balaji. Do that..should be fine
All the best !!!

Really this forum is to get info about HR activities?
Or to support fake or fraudulent in escaping from reality?
I strongly disagree in answering them. . .
Being a HR, if we give chance or info about how to be genuine with fake details is not appreciated. . .
If you observe more threads about how to "escape from law" / "be genuine with fake details". . .
Supporting them is like escaping a murderers from being punished. . .
It's my opinion. . .
Seniors may decide whether I'm right or wrong. . .!
