Thank you for the great reply..... It increases my idea as well.... I am working in a hospital which i have to offer the management a proposal for this compensation and salary grade.... coz' most of the old employees are complaining about their salary...

Its really very sweet of you. I had been searching for salary grades as i am assigned the task of grading the employees and also breaking the salary components as my organization is currently paying the employees a lumpsum salary amount without any segregation. your compilation is very beneficial to me at this time....
