1. Basic training for all employees
2. training to firstline adn second line managers
3. start with managers model machine
4. prepare a team for managers model machine and start every day 5 min 5S done by managers
5. managers should be the leaders rather boss, they have to kick start the campaign
6. do a 5S campaign involvinig top management and a Gemba walk to educate people on 5S
7. collect the willingness from the employees and divide your premises into zone
8. put a leader into each zone and create a healthy sporting atmosphere to award best zone
9. do 5S audit regularly and score each zone
10. set frequency for audit and also self assessment and display self assessment scoe in each area
11. put a fixed point photo area to display the differences for every week from the original position
12. click photos of the differences and criculate to every body to make awareness
13. find a red tag area and make red tag campaign
14. put red tag register and monitor the progress
15. put a 5S display board in every area and ask the leader to put before and after photographs to may visual awareness
16. put a policy on 5S and organiation chart and roles and responsibiities.
