Presenting skills
Opening call
Closing call
wrap up time
Voice modulations
Accent/Pronunciations
It would be good if i get to see some sample quality evaluation forms that are used in the call centers.

i need a quality evaluation form..its for a call centre.i saw abhisheks but that is not something im looking for. something more simple that can grade intro, opening,pitch,closing and rebuttals. if someone has one ,can i have a look at it just to get an idea of how i can make one. thankyou.
