Hi All
I am Sumit working as a HR coordinator (Since this month only) in MNC (IT company) based in Gurgaon. Earlier i was working as a Recruitment Executive in a Placement company. Now as my role has changed i m facing some initial problems to adjust in my current role as it is all together different from my earlier role.Please help me out in knowing the exact roles and responsibilities for HR Coordinator so that i can work well and what are the further prospects for this career. As i moved from Recruitment to HR Coordinator profile, was that a good move & how it will help me in my career. Education wise i am MBA in HR & Marketing and having 2.5 years of experience in Recruitment.
Also suggest that what could be my the growth path & growth rate?

Hi Sumit
I suggest you jolt down all the responsibilities and tasks that you have to handle first. Then you can organize them in the matter of your convenience. Try to understand what your role is, this will help you to organize things and adjust to the work situation.

Hi Sumit,
There is an KRA(Key result area) in all the companies it tells about your job responsibilities.or you can get your team KRA and based on that you can build your own KRA.you can get it done then u will have clear picture of your job profile.

I am joined with the pvt. firm as an HR executive...since last two months...i hav been working here under a sr. executive who assigns me wrk to do on daily or weekly basis like making some formats for the firm,writing circulars and notices making detailed folders or list of joined and new employees or current employees.
well as am a girl who hate sitting ideal so I need help in knowing that wat are the key responsibility area of an hr executive..wat are her duties...and in absence of her senior where and wat decisions she or 1 could take.....WAT ALL WORK SHE CAN DO....
