firist of all what kind of retail unit it is you need to analyse.
check any specific sales target given to the outlets.
divide the full outlet target into individual target.
depending on the products give some rating system. i.e higher products more points in this way it will help the sales execuitve to think how to achieve.
now every month check who is best through the target achievement and points .
may be u can consider highest points quaterly, monthly etc.
make some cut off points every sales team should reach.
by this we will also come to know who are not raeching even minimum.
