I have joined as hr-mgr in upcoming infrastrure company.Here my roll is to design entire organisation flow of project management,finance, scm admin and hr departments.I need to develop above departments flow
chart/required standard formats,job descriptions.I AM NEW TO INFRASTRUCTURE/CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OPERATIONS.Can i get some inputs or process flow to enable me to design the entire org flow.

We have a personnel dept, but are tring to be more employee centric and have more HRD systems in place. If you have can share your experience in the last few months on varions issues will really appreciate

The main focus here is also to reduce employee turnover
