Mine is Indrani working in an IT company as Assistant HR. Recently I have been told to work on Employee Satisfaction Survey and being a debut here I need some help. I need to know as how it works and also the survey form which is needed. It would be great if anybody can help me in regard to the same.

Its free of cost
It is an independent survey
It can be sent to employees in a email
The results can be only viewed and analyzed by you. Only you can forward it to them.
I have tried it and liked it quite a lot.
