MIS report stands for Management Information System report. There are various reports that can be prepared depending upon the the type of reporting and the reporting hierarchy in an organization.
Few examples of MIS reports in HR are Joining Details, Interview taken status, Interview feedback report, Leave report etc.
MIS reports can be presented to various people in the organization as per there designations. For example, a Manager will view a more detailed report of the same data in comparison to the CEO of the company.
