Hi ,
I am running a Microenterprise (Service) based at Hyderabad and registered at District Industries Centre (DIC), Musheerabad, Hyderabad.
I have a manpower of 25 members. So, I thought its better to get various registrations (ESIC, EPFO, GST, CST, VAT, TIN , PT etc.) get done for the benefit of my employees. But, one thing that is bothering me is I had got my microenterprise registered only with MSME (Small scale Industry). Now, my query is can i apply for afore-mentioned registrations with the help of Enterpreneurs Memorandum issued by MSME. Or do i need the competent certificate from Registrar of Companies. Also do I have to obtain any other licences/ permits. Kindly, furnish the addresses of the corresponding offices of the afore-mentioned Registering Authority based at Hyderabad.
Help appreciated.

Hi,
You can still work with being a microenterprise till you register the no. of employees with the department and you still dont a competent certificate from the ROC for your company to get the certifications.
I am not very familiar with Hyderabad but I would advise you to go to either a tax consultant or CA, they also take care of all the certifications you wanted Also a very inexpensive option would be to get in touch with an accountant from a logistics or a manufacturing firm, these guys too have a very detailed idea of how to go about it.
