Can anyone clarify that if the wages of an employed person exceed Rs.10000, the wage ceiling for applicabilty of PW Act, then what is the position regarding the deductions authorised under Section 7. In such a case, what is the legal position regarding the deductions and whether deductions not authorised under Section 7 can be made.
