I am in drafting an international tour & travel policy for my co. Earlier only our Senior employees used to travel abroad but now employees at junior & middle level will also travel mainly to the Middle East.
Can someone give inputs on the same as to how much we can pay them so that they can cover their hotel stay, food, travel within the city etc.
