My friend has signed a bond(on a stamp paper with notary seal) with a MNC for a duration of 2 years,she is placed in Pune.she is gettin married now and has to shift to bangalore and the company is not providing transfer to her even after a lot of request.
She joined as fresher In the bond it is clearly mentioned that the bond that expenses has been incurred for training the employee....and she is on bench and has not been assigned any project yet even after 7 months.
Is it a good idea to quit ??
1)break the bond without informing the company
2)inform the company about quitting the job
or
Continue in the company helplessly ??
