Dear All Seniors,
My candidate signed offer letter, after acceptance offer letter now he said, " I am not willing to join your company ". At this situation, what HR will do...?
Vise versa, if after acceptance of offer. Company withdraw his offer & inform to candidate in writing then what candidate can do...?
Is there law exist regarding the matter or that matter settle by mutual consent...?

we will withdraw the offer letter and there is not a formal agreement
sometimes ,we will ask candidate what's the reason of his decision and if there is something wrong of Company,we will take related action to improve our HR operation in the future (i come fron China)

Their is no law for the same as offer letter is only a letter of offer and by virtue of its exixtance it provides an oppurtunity of accepatance and refusal, legally no sollution, however morally things could be handled with mutual consent.

dear
If you want that the candidate is good for your compnay & meets your requirement.
personally i wolud tell you. You meet that candidate personally outside somewhere else.
after meeting that candidate you should sahere your & his views with them & see why he is not joining your company
you have to talk to him just like that you know him from so many years.
you have speak softly & piletely.
You have to make him like that you are well wisher for him.
then see he will definately join your company

Dear M.Kashif,
After all research it is fount the only way to reduce such situation is be in continuous touch with candidate once the offer is made. you can sense the attitude of the candidate and the level of interest he has in your organisation.
