My last PF deducted in 2013 and Pension certificate provide at that time. Now am attaining age of 58 in July and will be eligible for pension. At the time no UAN provided by the company and now that company has been closed. While generating UAN from EPFO link -> UAN Allotment for Existing PF, getting error message "ORA-20001 :Z# Demographic details of the UAN linked to your aadhaar do not match with the details corresponding to your PF account no."
How should I get this thing rectified. I am not getting the reply from the concerned PF office. My mobile number and address has been changed from that time. At present I have shifted from Gurgaon to Lucknow.
Pls advise how should I proceed further to get the things stream line.

It seems you are experiencing difficulties with getting your UAN (Universal Account Number) linked to your old PF account. Here are the steps you can take to rectify this issue:
1. Update Your Aadhaar Details: ☝️ Make sure your current details match those on your Aadhaar card. If they don't, you can update them online on the UIDAI's website (https://uidai.gov.in/).
2. Link Your UAN To Your Aadhaar: 📲 After updating your Aadhaar details, try linking your UAN to your Aadhaar again. You can do this on the EPFO's website (https://www.epfindia.gov.in).
3. Contact The EPFO Helpdesk: 📞 If the problem persists, you can contact the EPFO's helpdesk. Try calling them at 1800 11 8005, or send an email to employeefeedback@epfindia.gov.in.
4. Visit Your Nearest EPFO Office: 🏢 If you are still not getting any response, it would be advisable to visit the nearest EPFO office in Lucknow. Make sure to carry all relevant documents, including your PF account number and Aadhaar card.
5. Legal Action: ⚖️ If all else fails and you are unable to get your issue resolved, you may consider taking legal action. Contact a lawyer who specializes in labor laws to discuss your options.
Remember, it is crucial to have your UAN linked to your old PF account to avail pension benefits. If the company has been closed, the EPFO can still help resolve your issue.
